If I could have less than a star, I would. Last weekend we boarded our dogs in a pinch (Pooch Pad in Fuquay which we love was booked already). They stayed from 8/12 through 8/15. We payed an extra amount a day to receive photo's and "report card" of our dogs progress. The place looked nice from the outside, I thought it would be a fine place to take them. I picked up my dog today and she is covered in pee and shaking. The pee is dry so I can tell they just left her sitting in it. I'm mortified. Given that i paid a decent amount of money and trusted them with her I feel betrayed. I don't know if it's a short staffing issues but I don't know why giving me my dog back covered in pee is looked at as ok.

I've been mulling over posting this review for a week now but I decided that I should do other dog owners don't put their dog through what mine went through. I took my dog (a 35lb spaniel) for her get aquatinted day. They told her since she was over the weight limit for the small dogs (30lb Max) she's be in with the big dogs. Fine with me, she plays with mostly big dogs anyway. Horrible experience, I have used this company in Wilmington and have had nothing but a positive experience. My dog was laying in his own pee pretty much all weekend. I have never in 10 years had such a bad experience. Although they have cameras they apparently don't expect you to watch them. I was lied to about how much play time he received and the staff has a horrible attitude. I do not at all recommend this location until they start to hire the correct people. Unacceptable on so many levels.

We took our two labs to the Cary Pet paradise location today. When we dropped them off we were told that they would be out for an hour (either pool or play yard) and then rest for an hour. By the time we got home, it was 10 AM and we immediately tuned in to their webcams. We watched all webcams diligently from 10 AM to 12:30, and almost the entire time, they were all empty. We set up a "get acquainted" appointment for our two dogs, they were scheduled to do so from 8am-1pm. Our dogs have been to other doggie daycares in the past so we are familiar with structure of temperament tests. That being said, 30 minutes after dropping them off I decide to check the webcams to see how they were getting along. To my surprise I see all "play yards" empty.
