I had the Chesterfield Pet Paradise recommended for grooming by someone who owns the same breed I do. I called in April and asked specifically for that groomer and the level of grooming our neighbors got. She did a terrific job with him! He was happy when I picked him up and as I watched the big dogs play in the pool during drop-off I knew I would try day care at a later point. Very clean Prompt check in our two cats were in kitty condo . They rotate allowing kitties out of Condos to roam in enclosed room. You can check in on camera app to see how its going

I left my dog to board while I was out of town for a couple of days. The staff made me feel relived about leaving my loved one and ensure that they would take great care of my dog. She loved the pool yard and played with her best friends and came home very happy! I highly recommend

I just returned from a 7 day vacation and my dogs spent 9 days at pet paradise. I'll be honest, because of the current yelp reviews this was not my first choice. However, my preferred facility was fully booked. I was nervous and called Pet Paradise to voice my concerns and see what they we're doing about the reviews. The manager was completely understanding and was very transparent with me about how seriously they take feedback and the adjustments their team has made to address the feedback. She put me at ease. I have two German Shepherds who are my babies, and I treat them like they're my kids. When we had to go out of town unexpectedly, I didn't want to board them for an extended stay with our vet. They don't have anyone onsite after hours, and with a dog less than a year old, I thought that would be cruel. Instead, I reached out to Pet Paradise to see if they could fit us in. They gave my nice comfort grip retractable leash to a different pet family and lost my dogs collar. My dog seemed extremely anxious when I picked him up as well. Do not come here!

No way no how! Wish i would have checked the reviews before i left my dogs with them! First indication is that my 1.5 yr old had to poop 3x when we arrived home and was thirsty as hell! Paid for extra play time, bath n go and nails cut! Nails are definitely not touched and saw them 1x on webcam and i was on it for hours switching to different yards! I am new to town. I needed to board my dog for the first time. The walk thru was very nice. The woman Susan was pleasant and seemed well informed during the tour.
