0 Pitiful customer service Dogs only let out twice/day for 15 minutes. Guess I'd have to pay an arm and a leg so our big fella could go out a few more times. Never
Let start with Pet Paradise boarding and daycare are awesome. My puppy loved there. However, when we talk about the grooming, it takes out 4 of the stars. I let a labradoodle and got back a labrador (see pics). They "shaved" my puppy's hair to the skin, well some parts were cut, what created an uneven look. When I got there to pick her up, I got charged and extra $25 for dematting, which, they told me that her hair had so many knots that was required.
