Love this place. Very clean. Does not smell like animals are housed there at all. Staff very professional. They are very transparent in terms of allowing you access to see your animals via video.

I definitely would recommend this place. My baby loves it here. The staff love him as well. They have cameras you can watch and the price is reasonable.

I have left my 2 Yorkies for Daycamp and for 3 days of boarding and they loved it . Typically when previously boarded somewhere else they lost weight and instructions were not followed. One of my dogs vomited (which she does sometimes) once and they immediately called to let me know. They also called the day after Daycamp to check to see how they were doing. They are tired but really enjoy being with other dogs. They have cameras so I can watch them. They also don't charge extra for meds and the worker wrote a detailed desc... read more

This is now my new place for our pet. I was extremely impressed. Ive been going to another place that is very popular and i was so disappointed how they have treated us. My dog was infested w/ fleas and they never treated my pet. Pet paradise notified me and took action immediately. From the front to the back they are amazing!!!!!!!!

My Moses has the best time here playing and having fun. The staff always receives him with love and hugs, and he gives the love right back to them. It feels great to know that my puppy is in good hands at Pet Paradise Snellville.

Luna's first boarding was at Pet Paradise - Snellville. Luna stayed for the memorial day weekend starting from Friday morning to Monday afternoon. I kept watching her through the live camera which I like. The live camera has a minute difference and you cannot hear the rooms which is something I wish it can be fixed. Luna was happy to see me but she was good when I picked her up. I didn't see her through the cameras that she was mistreated and I didn't feel she was mistreated when I saw her. First time I've used this new pet boarding place in Snellville. Our 3 cats are all shy of strangers, so it's a tribute to the care here that our cats got the attention they needed, while remaining shy, and ate and slept well--for the 11 days (!) we had to board them while a film company was using our house. Not everyone can handle stranger-shy animals, especially cats, but Pet Paradise Snellville can and did. My standard poodle had a little episode with bloody stool They also have veterinarian services available. The doctor was very friendly and very knowledgeable. The office is very clean and it didn't smell like animals. She made me feel comfortable. I love the fact that she cared as much as me. I love this place. I can't express how they made me feel.
