Pros: I really like Pet Paradise in Snellville, GA. The facility is very nice and it's in a great location. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. I love that you can watch your pet on the camera! I pet seems to love going there. They have a great pool for they take dogs who are not spayed or neutered (they call it unaltered )! Cons: The pet paradise app is not user friendly and needs work. I had to go into the facility to be 'opted in' for the rewards program. Also, the Facebook page is out of date. A woman's dog can't walk after going to your business and yall are all laughing it up and dancing on social media. No accountability taken. Disgusting.
A woman brought her dog here to pet paradise, when she went to pick it up she found out it couldn't walk, she can't afford all the testing the vet needs/wants to do and pet paradise won't tell her what happened or even offer to help her with the vet expenses, don't bring your pets here unless you want them to not walk. Disgusting behaviour...this place needs to be shut down immediately...
Multiple people have been coming forward saying their dogs became paralyzed after being with pet paradise for a day. They also will not take accountability for their own actions and make rude videos basically stating that it's the owners fault. I don't suggest bringing your dog here especially if you want them to be able to walk for the rest of their lives.
During the 1st dog trial evaluation, my dog, Yukii, a shorkie, contracted some illness from the day care having symptoms of cough and cold with a slight running fever in which she was prescribed several medications and antibiotics per Banfield. Therefore, I rescheduled 2 weeks later for another day care session. After 2 weeks, she visited the day care (07/22/2025). honestly terrible experiences. They only took my dog out twice for 10 minutes. I caught on camera a man grabbing another dog aggressively by his scruff. when I told the staff, they did not care. I dont trust them with my dog any longer. we will never come back.

Have spent THOUSANDS here boarding my girls here in VIP SUITE over the years. I had to cancel today due to my baby getting kennel cough from my rescue foster and they would not move my 100 dollar deposit to a different reservation and I had to forfeit the money. Staff & Asia the " manager" is very condescending and rude. Vip stay a night per dog is 134.00 dollars.... Very sus !! Won't even move a existing high paying customer 100 dollar deposit to another reservation.... Yikes!

The Vet office across the hallway does not communicate with the boarding/camping facility so they keep telling me my pup's vax expired when in fact they just gave her all her shots 2 months or so ago. When I told them that the vaccines were just given at their facility recently they managed to repeat to me that the vaccinations are expired like I did not understand them the first 2 times. I made a reservation for my pets on the 7th, and then canceled on the 8th or 9th. This company doesn't bother to send any communications, so the only way I knew the cancellation took was to check my account again and see I had no reservations. I then waited for my refund of my deposit, as I was well within their established limits for a refund. I waited 15 business days and still nothing.
