Do NOT board your pet here! I boarded my 3-year old dog with them for 6 days and am horrified by their negligence. To keep this short, I am requesting a refund from them for the following reasons: - My dog was horribly dehydrated when I got her home, panting non-stop from the facility (45-mins) until about 30mins after we got her water at home - Her raw food was completely opened in the insulated bag I provided them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! I took my dog there for boarding last week and he was perfectly fine. Picked him up & he bleeding from his ear, tail, and body & sitting in his feces. He had diarrhea, his eyes were runny with mucous. He developed a horrible cough that was scary. Took him to the Vet he was diagnosed with Kennel Cough. He also has a rash and there are sores on his paws. I would never take my dog there again and I recommend no one else does if you love your pet. $$$ lost. I'm very disappointed with the service I received from Pet Paradise. While I was on vacation for only a little over three days, I left my dog Jasmine in their care and when I came back to pick her up, she wasn't in a great mood. I found out why when I saw that she had scratches along her legs (as if she scraped it along something) and a cut on the tip of her tail as if it had been snipped. I dropped my fur baby off at 7AM on 6/13/22 and instructed the staff in the front to feed her at 12 noon. I gave very explicit instructions on to ONLY feed her half of the wet food mixed with the dry food. I regularly checked the webcam, along with my mom, and a few friends. My dog was seen on the webcam inside the cage until the time I picked her up at 3PM. Sent my Dog their for boarding overnight for 3 nights. He went in perfectly healthy, but when I pick him up he was extremely red in the face, paws red, not been sleep. After a day of resting the redness kind of went away, but then notice he had a dry cough with choking sound, and a rattle in his chest. Contact my vet and he advise my dog came back with Kennel Cough. I will never bring my dog back to place. They don't take care of the dogs as they advertise. I had been planning to make a boarding reservation with Pet Paradise as they are fairly new to Snellville and seem to be offering more updated service options. Today I finally went online to make the reservation and read the reviews. Disturbing! What also concerns me is that of the 20 or so embers of the "leadership" team, not one is representative of our diverse community. I'm sorry, I can't associate with such an organization. We had a room booked for our dog in advance for Thanksgiving week. We uploaded his shot records to their site, emailed to verify they received them, verbally confirmed they received them over the phone when we asked to bring our dog in a day earlier, and all was well. We drove the 33 minutes with 2 kids and our pup to drop him off and upon arrival, they said his bordetella wasn't up to date and we couldn't drop him off. My Shihpoo was not allowed to play with other dogs because we were told he had too much energy. We boarded him for 22 days after being told he would be able to play with other energetic dog. That was a lie. He was kept in his kennel and not given his treats or toys. He was drench in pee and we never saw his kennel cleaned while he was there. They told us he was given 10 minutes of play each day by himself. We did not see this on webcam.
