The woman at the front desk shenika or shequita who's real name is BRIANNA is VERY rude she rolls her eyes at the simple questions I asked about MY PET I love my pets so much so making sure they are safe is very important to me she is very rude. I do NOT TRUST HER WITH MY PETS
@akroulette on TikTok. She took her dog to this specific pet paradise. When she picked up her dog Cynthia, she could no longer walk. Pet Paradise did not care, did not give any details on the situation. They also will not respond to her sending an invoice for vet bills to make her dog walk again. They also blocked her. Do not support this business!!
Absolutely awful they torture the animals hurt them and have even killed pets before. They should not be in business!!!
They've been known to return your dog in a paralyzed state. I will never trust my most beloved companion with this shady place. No accountability at all.

During the 1st dog trial evaluation, my dog, Yukii, a shorkie, contracted some illness from the day care having symptoms of cough and cold with a slight running fever in which she was prescribed several medications and antibiotics per Banfield. honestly terrible experiences. They only took my dog out twice for 10 minutes. I caught on camera a man grabbing another dog aggressively by his scruff. when I told the staff, they did not care. I dont trust them with my dog any longer. we will never come back.

Have spent THOUSANDS here boarding my girls here in VIP SUITE over the years. I had to cancel today due to my baby getting kennel cough from my rescue foster and they would not move my 100 dollar deposit to a different reservation and I had to forfeit the money. Staff & Asia the " manager" is very condescending and rude. Vip stay a night per dog is 134.00 dollars.... Very sus !! Won't even move a existing high paying customer 100 dollar deposit to another reservation.... Yikes!

The Vet office across the hallway does not communicate with the boarding/camping facility so they keep telling me my pup's vax expired when in fact they just gave her all her shots 2 months or so ago. When I told them that the vaccines were just given at their facility recently they managed to repeat to me that the vaccinations are expired like I did not understand them the first 2 times.
