As an outside observer of my sister's dog, Boh, I am so pleased to know that the staff at Pet Paradise really cares about what they do. Boh is a sweet dog but he is very protective of his family and doesn't like most strangers. With that being said, Boh took to the staff at Pet Paradise almost immediately, which was unusual, but extremely helpful and helped make my sister feel comforted knowing he was ok. I always feel confident that my dogs are in good hands. Staff is always friendly and efficient during drop off and pick up. They are quick to respond when I have a question or to notify me when there is an issue during boarding. My dogs are always happy and healthy when I pick them up.
My dogs Jet and Gio absolutely love this place! I've never had a bad experience and I have been taking them here for years.
So my boy is special. He's going through puppy growing pains and he's not fixed either yet. He's 8 months old. It's been 4 boardings now (confidence builder & had new people at our house) so my review I can say is from comfortable experience. I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH!!! Alison is the manager who has become my boy's bestie & is HANDS DOWN the most genuinely compassionate & caring person!! We had to drop our Frenchie off while we traveled to Savannah, GA.. our first time ever boarding here. Staff were very friendly.. I received pictures of her playing.. I could definitely tell she had a great time there!
Overall a good experience. Everything from parking to check in was an ease. The ambiance of the waiting area was quite nice. The Vet's were all very thorough and knowledgeable. The only downside is cost.
Everyone at pet paradise seemed very friendly and pet loving! My doggie seemed like he had the best time honestly! I would recommend
I boarded my dog here for 4 nights, 5 days. The staff was very friendly. They have webcams set up in the play areas so I could see my dog playing and interacting with the other dogs. They also have a pool and the dogs could play in the pool area on warmer days. When I picked my dog up, she was happy and healthy. The prices were also very reasonable.
From the management to the vet staff, I couldn't be happier. The vet staff treats all of my pets like their own. 2 dogs, 2 different tumors and they have gone above and beyond for my dogs! Whether it's daycare, boarding or vet services I am so happy with every experience I've had with the world golf village location!
