I am obsessed with WGV! Everyone at this facility is beyond kind and sweet. You can tell everyone loves their job here. THEY LITERALLY HAD A BIRTHDAY PARTY FOR MY DOG!!! I feel so confident leaving my dog here and how well cared for Finley is. Susie and Gavin are absolute angels and are so kind and sweet. The attention to detail and just overall pure love they put into their jobs daily is amazing.

The place seemed nice, so I brought my dog in for his first grooming. However, my experience was disappointing. The young woman at the front desk was not friendly at all. While reviewing my dog's vaccine records, she was clicking her nails on the counter, visibly annoyed. I was told my puppy needed one more shot, which I hadn't realized since he's not even six months old and I've already taken him to the vet. No big deal, but the attitude I received was unprofessional and rude. Because of that, I won't be coming back.

The experience is only as good as the staff member. The one they had in Tiny town was awful. If I wanted my dog to sit in a corner and do nothing, I would have done that at home

I'd give a zero if I could. Booked a two day stay for my dog. Brought my dog in and waited for an extended amount of time to be waited on. When checking in the person asked me if I had the dog's shot records. I stated that the dog should have the records in their file. The employee looked and stated that on of the dog's shot was overdue. After calling my vet I verified that yes a shot was overdue. I asked if they could give the dog the shot and they said yes. Based on all the recommendations, I brought my 6 month old golden retriever here when we had to go away. He did fine the first time, it was a four day stay. But the next time was an eight day stay which wound up costing us $$$$$ in vet bills after he came home. They called me twice in the early part of his stay reporting he had loose stool - asking if I wanted the vet to see him. I have been taking my dog here once a week for the day camps for the past 7-8 months. This location does have a few employees who genuinely care and love the dogs. It's also nice how you can see them on the cameras. Before I found forever vets (much better priced and quality of care/services than pet paradise).... I will never take my dogs here again! After several vet visits and a couple rounds of antibiotics my dogs are just now starting to get better after their stay in July. My one dog is scarred on his face and it all could have been avoided had my dogs been getting the "attention" that they claim they were getting.
