I have been taking my dog here once a week for the day camps for the past 7-8 months. This location does have a few employees who genuinely care and love the dogs. It's also nice how you can see them on the cameras. Before I found forever vets (much better priced and quality of care/services than pet paradise).... This location in my experience: -Has Poor management that doesn't care for any of your concerns for your pets (I personally never met the manager also) -this location has lost my leash multiple times -I request... read more

I will never take my dogs here again! After several vet visits and a couple rounds of antibiotics my dogs are just now starting to get better after their stay in July. My one dog is scarred on his face and it all could have been avoided had my dogs been getting the "attention" that they claim they were getting. I'll start off by saying I was glued to the cameras over my boys 9 day stay in hopes to see them at play time. I was able to see them 3 times.
