We had Corky out to replace our faucet at the back of our house - outside - and he did a great job. He also checked our air conditioner and other plumbing areas throughout our home as a free service or as part of their policy. He explained things well and I would not hesitate in using them once again for our plumbing needs.
Seriously, these folks are great. Understood my dilemma in that only one bathroom (out of service) and two women sharing the household was a disaster in the making. So, they got out here quick, assessed the problem. No, I didn't like what they found but didn't change the fact they assessed the problem "correctly" and repaired it promptly. By promptly, I mean the next day! By the end of the next day all my plumbing was new and I had functioning facilities. Yay. My tech was Tony and he thoroughly explained what he was going to do, also I was talking how concerned I was about my tenant not performing a simple task like cleaning the reusable filter on my rental house. Tony suggested the five year plan which is on sale this month for the rental. A tech would service the units twice a year. I will be signing on. Thanks, Kenneth T
