Tony is very knowledgeable at his job. He came to service our old air conditioner and now it is working great! He didn't try to up sale any products or service. I ended up buying a service plan because I thought it was a great deal. He is a great guy to work with.

What's best about Joe is that he is available to answer any questions we had with our new products as well as the project at hand. He is very friendly and smiles and laughs a lot.
Jovani was very conscientious and help us select a tankless water heater that required a less expensive installation. He worked during a heat wave of over 100 degrees and was diligent in getting the work done correctly. I recommend Same Day Service and specially Jovani for the service that they provide my family with the installation of the tankless water heater and other plumbing services.
