Clayton was great....much appreciated his "can do" attitude and quick service. In and out in about an hour...on time and on BUDGET! We will call again the next time we need speedy same day service. PS. Same Day Service was under 1/2 the cost of Mr. Rooter for the same sewer clean out. (Same day $89.....Mr Rooter wanted $221). You do the math!! Thanks Same Day!!

A plumber was here the same day that I called, but he did not have the materials for the urgent repair. So somebody else was here next day. So the "same day service" did not happen.
When I called and explained that I would like the $89 drain cleaning special, your office staff should have informed me that since we had that service in 2012, we were not eligible. This service was a complete RIP OFF. I will tell everyone who asks, and quite a few people do, that Same Day Service has deceptive practices!!!!! I will NEVER CALL YOU AGAIN.
