I called customer service when our boiler wasn’t firing and the agent was able to take down the information and have a technician come to the house within a few hours. The tech was professional and courteous and had everything working in under 30 minutes. With three boys coming home from sports practices it was nice to have hot water for them- Thanks for your quick response!

GeoffRey Carrol was the best service person! He new more than the town water people and directed them to get the incoming water problems fixed as well as my most important furnace and hot wafter issues! His work and recommendations were exemplary!
