Impossible to reach by phone. Switched to another oil company after I felt overcharged for an emergency oil tank replacement. Tried to get me to pay $1000. To install a temporary oil tank. Outsourced work to very good company in Danbury but even they thought I was being overcharged for items I did not need. Difficult to resolve problem and only small reimbursement was offered.

Rescheduled burner time up, but didn’t call me to tell me The service was rescheduled. I had to call and rep told me someone called but couldn’t leave a message. I have no record on my iPhone of anyone ever calling….I know rep on phone was not lying and just reading notes on file, but it has been a bad run with Petro

I’ve reached out several times about a manufacturing defect on an installed boiler which should be replaced by the manufacture. I have not heard back from petro about the status despite multiple inquiries. As a result, I won’t be releasing the funds through Synchrony until I get further direction.

Attempted to set up a budget do the large bill but I was not allowed to do the large bill/fill. What the point of the budget then. Plus I was charged for a belt when I told the service man that I had one

I got a petro contract this year. They guaranteed to me that I would get my boiler serviced within the month. Took the day off of work to wait for the technician and they called 5 minutes before the scheduled appointment to say they couldnt make it that day because they were short staffed. the next available date was 5 weeks away. took that date and stayed home again, this time the guy showed up only to leave a note on my door saying i wasn't home when he showed up...i was sitting 15 feet away from the door with 2 dogs...no ... read more

I called Home Solutions Tuesday. They referred me to Petro and said I would get a call within 4 hours. Never received a call until Wednesday morning. Couldn't send anyone out until Thursday. They came Thursday , took a picture of the tank and left without fixing the water heater. He said someone would call me soon to set up yet another appointment because the tank needed to be replaced. No one ever called. Total waste of my time.

Contacted Petro sometime around 7:pm on a Friday and technician arrived in approximately 2 hours. In less than an hour the furnace problem was fixed and heat restored. Technician left area clean!

1. I was set up for autopay. 2. My credit card was on file. 3. The credit card was not charged on and my account was suspended. 4. We ran out of oil and there was no hot water in the house. 5. when called in the tech was supposed to arrive between 4-8 PM. But he showed up close to 9 PM. 6. My Sunday was ruined. not because of my fault.
