Great job all went well with the tech no problems
Service was completed promptly and correctly by serviceman. He was friendly and arrived 15 minutes early. Only complaint is getting through to you on telephone. First, three calls were met by busy signal. When I did get through, I had approximately a five minute wait before getting to a receptionist. She was friendly and apologetic about the long wait.
For my recent petro service call I decided to request Jim Yager as he has been sent to our house many times through the years for my parents and I. Jim is very knowledgeable and always provides great home style customer service and is a kind human being. Not many provide this kind of customer service anymore. Jim Yeager is the best! Thanks Jim!
