I have been a Petro customer for about 17 years in the Easton, PA area. I have worked with the Allentown and Reading PA staff - I cannot say enough. Outstanding customer service in all areas - courteous customer service, skilled, honest and professional technicians/dispatchers, sales team, managers... The response time has been great and service plans are affordable. I highly recommended to friends and family. I even won a dinner for two thru a mail in survey.

Very helpful when I made the call regarding my problem, prompt service got the issues resolved. Been with p e t r o since 1993 when they were DJ Whitman. Always have gotten great service.

I had no hot water, so I called Petro. The technician was here in less than one hour and fixed the problem within 15 minutes. I continue to be pleased with the service from Petro!

Excellent customer service, the technician David is one of the best we have ever had. Very friendly and knowledgeable and our service issue was corrected very quickly. He even shared some of his carrots with our 2 dogs. Highly recommend!!!
