I had no hot water, so I called Petro. The technician was here in less than one hour and fixed the problem within 15 minutes. I continue to be pleased with the service from Petro!

Excellent customer service, the technician David is one of the best we have ever had. Very friendly and knowledgeable and our service issue was corrected very quickly. He even shared some of his carrots with our 2 dogs. Highly recommend!!!

The company is doing its best to rebuild its reputation. It initially did poor job installing two gas furnaces instead of oil burning units. Since that during a one year period they visited us about ten times inching to make it perfect. Almost everything was redone. The manager is doing his best to please us. We like it. Only regretting it was not done this way a year ago.
