Petro's service techs are personable, courteous, and their expertise is beyond reproach. They came for the yearly clean and check the other day and went above and beyond the call of duty because they are genuinely concerned about one's safety, comfort, and quite frankly, don't want to come back again to fix something that they overlooked. The technician was great very experience but the price was ridiculous 99 dollar service fee x2 for 2 days he didn't have the copper pipes on him. But petro replaced some of those copper pipes 2 years ago with the quick press pipes that shouldn't been used one started leaking. They charged me 400 dollars to bleed the tank 300 to empty and refill the tank. I bleed the tank myself every other year takes 5 minutes and the taco cartridge motor replace is 150 dollars online but cost me 1200 to replace overall I paid 2,700 doll... read more

The person that came in to do the repair on 11/20 was great. Identified the issue and corrected. The person that was here 2 weeks prior caused the issue. Now how am I to get the oil out of my finished floor due to his incompetence?
Just a pain. Too focused on selling me services I don’t need
the servicers man acting as throw he didn't know what he was doing I knew more than he did plus he show up 35 minutes early which we just came back from a walk next time send some ine whow knows what its all about like John
