When the temperature outside dipped below freezing Saturday night, the temperature inside was dropping, too. The upstairs zone with the bedrooms was fine but the radiators were cold downstairs in our well-used living room and kitchen area. I called Petro about 9:45 pm with 3 sweatshirts on. By 11, someone was here and quickly fixed things. The Petro repairman had to travel almost an hour to get here on a Saturday night and his disposition was still customer-oriented. We’re warm now, and have an ever-increasing warm spot for the essence of our relationship with Petro. Just like the old days, and I can give a company no more worthy an evaluation.

I was very impressed by the technician who came to conduct an AC system tune up at my home in Torrington CT on 7/6/18, his name was John. He did a very thorough job, and also explained to me all the things he was doing, and why. He gave me some tips for making the system work better. I had noticed a small leak around my boiler, and he looked at that too, and determined a potential problem and how to go about having that fixed. I appreciated this extra service. He is a smart young man with a good future, and was an excellent ambassador for Petro. My Ac system is performing so much better now.
