Oil burner service is excellent. Service come reasonably fast even if we call for service on the weekend. Oilfuel delivery couldbe improved and fueli prices are high for Oil No.2.

This company is deceptive. That’s why they were sued for charging all customers on cap plan the highest amount regardless of oil prices. I signed up with them and agreed to a price for the service plan. Two months later I receive a bill for double that amount. I call and am told I need to speak to a loyalty specialist and one would call me soon. A week later I finally get a call. Paid for my yearly service and they told me that they came out to my house and that was too much. I asked for some of the yearly contact fee to be reimbursed and they said no.
AC emergency service is significantly slow. We've been calling since Monday but can't get an appointment till Friday. Yet we have a "service" contract. This is very very poor service.
