This company is deceptive. That’s why they were sued for charging all customers on cap plan the highest amount regardless of oil prices. I signed up with them and agreed to a price for the service plan. Two months later I receive a bill for double that amount. I call and am told I need to speak to a loyalty specialist and one would call me soon. A week later I finally get a call. He essentially calls me a liar and I ask him to simply listen to the recorded call where the price was set. Of course he needs a supervisor to do ... read more

Paid for my yearly service and they told me that they came out to my house and that was too much. I asked for some of the yearly contact fee to be reimbursed and they said no.
AC emergency service is significantly slow. We've been calling since Monday but can't get an appointment till Friday. Yet we have a "service" contract. This is very very poor service.
They're a f-ing thief and find ways to scam you. My oil bill with them was about $350 per month now it up to $900 or over I don't even know if they're delivering the amount they said. Because to them they cannot give you and exact day they come each month. Can you believe that? They deliver your oil once per month and they cannot tell you which day or time they're coming. I set up my account for just a one time delivery. Next thing you know I keep getting deliveries with no permission. Invoices stating 1st delivery for 181.40 gallons on 12/12/22, 2nd delivery on 12/28/22 for 86 gallons & 3rd delivery on 01/05/23 for 69.90 gallons. keep in mind that this house in completely empty and is undergoing construction, how can you burn 70 gallons on oil in 1 week. WHAT A SCAM.
