They're a f-ing thief and find ways to scam you. My oil bill with them was about $350 per month now it up to $900 or over I don't even know if they're delivering the amount they said. Because to them they cannot give you and exact day they come each month. Can you believe that? They deliver your oil once per month and they cannot tell you which day or time they're coming. Bill Period
I set up my account for just a one time delivery. Next thing you know I keep getting deliveries with no permission. Invoices stating 1st delivery for 181.40 gallons on 12/12/22, 2nd delivery on 12/28/22 for 86 gallons & 3rd delivery on 01/05/23 for 69.90 gallons. keep in mind that this house in completely empty and is undergoing construction, how can you burn 70 gallons on oil in 1 week. WHAT A SCAM.

I would give this company negative stairs. I been in business for over 45 years. Never have I had such bed experience with any company. I was told that if I cab a price for oil it would be the most I was charged. In fact it became a lock in price never went down even when the price of oil did. The service contracts too expensive and one of my boilers were never service but they took my money. The offer to have it clean and service and at the 12 hour called to rescheduled. Cancelled “cool” package
Sears Home Warranty assigned Petro to replace my water heater. A co-payment was paid to Petro. Waited for more than 6 months and nothing has been done. I was told Petro manager Isabelle is the person handling the matter, but she is not responding to my repeated phone calls. I thought Petro was a reputable company and was considering switching my oil service to them. But now I really doubt it.
The tech was very rude and we have faithful customers for over 40 years. Trust me I too did not want a stranger in my home base on the global events. I am sorry that he has to work but leave your nasty attitude in the van. Thank you.
