I would give this company negative stairs. I been in business for over 45 years. Never have I had such bed experience with any company. I was told that if I cab a price for oil it would be the most I was charged. In fact it became a lock in price never went down even when the price of oil did. The service contracts too expensive and one of my boilers were never service but they took my money. The offer to have it clean and service and at the 12 hour called to rescheduled. Cancelled “cool” package
Sears Home Warranty assigned Petro to replace my water heater. A co-payment was paid to Petro. Waited for more than 6 months and nothing has been done. I was told Petro manager Isabelle is the person handling the matter, but she is not responding to my repeated phone calls. I thought Petro was a reputable company and was considering switching my oil service to them. But now I really doubt it.
The tech was very rude and we have faithful customers for over 40 years. Trust me I too did not want a stranger in my home base on the global events. I am sorry that he has to work but leave your nasty attitude in the van. Thank you.

Was told delivery 2 weeks from signing up then they came the next day so now i already have a bill
Although the original appointment 12 to 4pm didn't go well the 2nd appointment 10pm until 1am did. Apparently the 12 to 4pm wasn't as skilled and did absolutely nothing. Hence the reason to dispatch another. The 10pm person resolved the problem in a professional manner and, I'm up
