Was told delivery 2 weeks from signing up then they came the next day so now i already have a bill
Although the original appointment 12 to 4pm didn't go well the 2nd appointment 10pm until 1am did. Apparently the 12 to 4pm wasn't as skilled and did absolutely nothing. Hence the reason to dispatch another. The 10pm person resolved the problem in a professional manner and, I'm up

I was told the technician would be here between 5-9 and they called at 1:30 am leaving a message that they could be at the house by 2 am! I find that to be some nerve !
Completely dissatisfied from how long it took to make an appointment how many times the appointment was canceled to the customer service not paying attention to a word you say At this point I think I'll just look for new oil distributor
We had a service appointment Friday 11/2 between 5-9 pm. I got a text saying the technician was approx 11 minutes away. After 20 minutes and no knock on the door, my husband went outside and found a notice on the floor saying “we missed you. Please call to reschedule. . Suffice it to say, he never rang the doorbell. We were waiting for him. We called the number on the mailer he left and we got a woman who tried reaching the dept that rreschedues but no one would answer.
