Petro has improved significantly their services since the start of Winter last year. However it still takes 20-30mins to get someone on the phone if you have a request or concern. Need to increase the number of their Customer Service employees to continue their improvement.

I want to let you know that you have an exemplary technician at your company, Tom H., tech number 767. Tom H. demonstrated that he is an intelligent and talented technician who did what was best for me and for Petro. I had a “no heat” situation. I pushed the reset switch on the boiler’s control/ignition module and the boiler started, but there was also a water leak. Petro quickly scheduled a service call.
