Repair was done quickly
Petro has improved significantly their services since the start of Winter last year. However it still takes 20-30mins to get someone on the phone if you have a request or concern. Need to increase the number of their Customer Service employees to continue their improvement.

Tom H. demonstrated that he is an intelligent and talented technician who did what was best for me and for Petro. I had a “no heat” situation.
