I am in complete shock after picking up our dogs. They were covered ENTIRELY with their own urine and poop. I know that pet suites asks if they want a bath at the end… and now I get it. It’s because they let them sit in their own feces the entire time! We are already paying so much for them to be there… I wasn’t going to spend more money on a bath. Our dog came home so sick on Saturday 4-10-21 She is currently in icu and we aren’t sure she is going to make it. When we called to check on her nobody called us back. We received a text the next day saying her nose was running but seems fine. She does have allergies so we didn’t think anything about it. The nasal drainage that she has is brown mucus. Loki, our 4 y.o. male pitbull/mix was dropped off for short term boarding early morning on Friday November 13th -(9 am pickup) Monday November 16th while we were out of town for a wedding. Upon arrival to the facility drop off was handled professionally. We provided Loki with his go-bag of toys and three labeled ziplock bags with the dates on them, each with two cups of food per his appropriate diet. We have used their services multiple times, but their quality of service seems to be deteriorating. Our dog came home with a wet dog bed for the second time. He was covered in urine and developed skin infections on his back legs while he was there. (4 days) We won’t be using their services again.

Do not get your dog groomed here. They completely shaved my dog’s tail without my permission. Terrible

We boarded our dog here while we went to get married and came back to our dog in terrible condition. First of all, the bed we brought disappeared and their explanation was that we didn't bring a bed. We brought medicine for him to take and they returned a full bottle. Our vet has him on a heavy diet to gain weight, so we gave instructions for the amount of food he needed. He came back severely underweight (we can see every rib, his spine, and his hips)! The worst part we noticed once we got home is that his tail looks like ... read more

Took my dog to Pet Suites to be groomed (bathed, nails cut and hair cut). We asked for a teddy bear cut for our pomeranian and she came out with a lion cut. Asked for her potty area to be shaved down as close as possible, she's as hairy there as she was before she went in. She still has mattes where her collar is and her hair is eneven. Her bows were put in so poorly they fell 4 hours later. Usually my dog keeps her bows in for weeks and we eventually cut them off. She has also been coughing since early this morning an... read more

Don't take your dogs here. They are not truthful about exposure to kennel cough. My sister's dogs both came down with a horrible strain of kennel cough. Coughing so bad, that they actually coughed up blood.
