Took both of my dogs to petsuites and both came down with some form of kennel cough. Took them to the vet who stated that they have seen a lot of dogs that have come down with this cough after staying at pet suites. If this is a problem they need to let us know. My dogs are older and shouldn't be subjected to poor conditions. After paying over $400 for less than a week (I could have put them up in a hotel for that) I called the manager who refused to reimburse us for my vet bill for $140. Took my dog yesterday afternoon for an overnight trial stay before leaving her for a longer stay. I took two baggies with her Rx food clearly marked dinner and breakfast. When I picked her up at 11:45 today, they had either neglected to feed her breakfast or fed her something else's. I will never know. No explanation was given.
