We offer dayboarding for some breeds that are high octane or require more individualized attention. It is not typically due to their aggression but to the fact that they are often very high energy and don't always respond to our gentle approach to correction. 4+ stars. Very happy with their engagement with our great dane. She loves going, and the staff is friendly and familiar. A couple issues with making a reservation and it not being in the system, but would follow up if a prime time situation.
I had planned to board my dogs for Christmas so I called and paid my deposit. Things changed and I called to cancel. I was told I'd have my money back in 5-7 days. Day 6 I call to inquire. Turns out they didn't process my refund on the day I called, but FIVE DAYS LATER! So by the time I get my money, it will 2 weeks since cancellation. But they were super quick to take it out of my account!

I am so grateful for everyone at PetSuites Greenwood! We bring our dog, Oliver, here regularly for boarding, and they do an excellent job caring for him. He has some anxiety issues, but they've been wonderful with him (and he's clearly warmed up to everyone there). Thank you for being a reliable and safe place to bring my dog!

My dog loves coming here for day care. She always comes happy and tired.
Our dog LOVES day play and can hardly contain himself once he knows he's going! We have also boarded with Pet Suites and had his nails trimmed and are pleased with all services. The personnel at Pet Suites are amazing with him and have always given great customer service! Beautiful facility-they have large play areas, pools, and parties, what more could a pooch ask for!
