My sisters husky was attacked by 2 dogs and sent to the vet hospital only after being there a half hour. Unacceptable!! I realize things happen but the way they have handled this is totally unprofessional. They will not return calls and will only cover 500 in vet bills which Noah’s is over 600. Take your fur babies to bark a fellas not this place
2 dogs viciously attacked my sisters dog. they will only pay up to 500.00 for his vet bills. never even called to see how he was. inexcusable!!!!!!!!
Took my husky there yesterday and he was attacked by two dogs. When I got the phone call I was told it was one dog but when I got to the vets office I was told it was two dogs. His front legs and his ear was attacked and right now he can barely walk and his ear is a mess. Did not appreciate not being told the whole story when I got the phone call. Only place I leave my baby
Between myself and friends I have referred we have spent thousands of dollars here. My girl went 2-3 times a week. Multiple times there has been miscommunication. I finally had enough when they refused to keep her 15 minutes before I had to be at work. The manager that called me apologized as the miscommunication seems to be between their call center and the local site. She never offered any incentives for me to stay. I took my dog rocky in for a groom, the staff was great with him and much more affordable than other places in the area. The staff also gave me a tour of the facility for when i go on vacation and will need to book a boarding stay for my dog. Highly recommend
Our dogs love this place and they love our dogs! I wouldn’t take them anywhere else.
