The first 3 pictures are as we are going to be groomer. The next 5 are from when I picked him up. Devastated! The last one was after I had spent 2 more hours at home trying to blend and and some sort of similarity. He was the first appointment of this groomers schedule and after 6 hours I called to see what was going on. I was told she had bigger dogs that needed de matting and she had to work them in. Would not recommend. Unfortunately my dog had a bad experience. They need to perform thorough temperament tests on dogs, and train employees to review all dogs more thorough when dog aggression and “fights” occur. Call owners and inform them right away, don’t leave them to find markings and figure it out on their own once they get home. Super disappointed and we probably will not be back. Do better.

*this happened at the fishers location* BEWARE!! Find another kennel!!! Our dogs were boarded there the week after Christmas. One of the managers called us 2 days into the stay and said that one of our dogs hurt her paw and was limping, hunched over, stuff, in pain and not herself. My dogs stay there July 1-5th. My dog started getting sick his second day there and I pretty sure from there it just kept getting worst. Not one time did these so called dog lovers reach out to me to say anything. Once he got home he wasn’t eating at all so I’m pretty sure he either was barely eating or stopped eating. I dropped my dog off at 730am, I called several times to check on her testing and each time I was told “she will be tested here soon” well finally at 230 I get a call saying “your dog was nervous and didn’t pass testing” well no shit! She’s been locked in a cage for 6.5 hours in a place she had never been to before listening to dogs bark and carry on for 6.5 hours… I wouldn’t have passed testing either. It pains me to write this because I've entrusted my pets to this facility for years after having been let down by other boarding facilities. I just picked up my two dogs and cat who stayed there for four days. Yesterday, I received a text from the staff asking if my dogs were okay to eat their house food because they were supposedly out of food which was strange to me because we always measure it out.
