We left my 1 year old baby with PetSuites this past weekend. I was really nervous to not take him out of town with us, because we rescued him only a month ago. But, thank God for PetSuites. They answered all my phone calls when I called to check on him; one girl said she was going to "check his chart," so they must have been keeping account of his activities. They didn't try to sell us things we didn't want or charge us extra for anything we didn't know about. They gave him his own bed, food, treats, and toys to make him fee... read more
Friendly staff, clean facilities, I felt very comfortable leaving my dog for a week.
I felt very secure leaving my two dogs Turtle may and Brody the facility was very clean and they are well organized i was nervous about leaving Turtle may because she takes medications for breathing but after touring the facility and talking to the lady about how they handle dogs with a medical need it was a easy choose plus i spoke to my vet and they stated they heard great things about them as well they sent me a email every other day per my request. We left our two kids in their day care while visiting Lexington. The facility is spotless and the staff friendly and attentive. We would highly recommend PetSuites and will be back. Benny and Bella's moms.
Due to our fur baby's advanced age (almost 15 years old) we feel anxious every moment that we aren't with him. Today we got a message letting us know that he is doing just fine and it put our minds at ease! That was just what we needed and way above what they had to do! Thanks Rebecca!
