I do NOT recommend. This place was great for daycare, but awful for boarding. It appeared our dog did not receive potty breaks, was been sitting in his room with urine and feces on the floor. We bought a gold/all day group play package for our dog's stay. The first day, they said he wasn't interested in all day group play. It took nearly two hours for anyone to take him out for a potty break after breakfast. The second day, we had to contact them to "remind them" that they said they'd try again that day. Tinisha (groom)and manager on duty lost my business from this establishment! I have met Tinisha at another grooming facility where she told me that my dogs should not be out in public. Why? Because 1 is nervous. They are huge shedding dogs, they need groomed! No bitting or aggressiveness, just an upset belly. They have also been going to the groom all of their lives. we made an appointment to have my dog groomed had to have him there before 9 I had to go back home get his shot records which was my fault I forgot them i get him there before 9:30 i ask them will they be able to groom him still they say yes no problem later we go pick him up at 4:30 they have had him sitting all day and haven't even touched him my dog has very bad Anxiety to the point of him shaking and having to take medication when he leaves the house and the groomer knows this if they would have told me he was g... read more
