RecommendedI’m always hesitant when I can’t take my dogs with me when I have to go out of town. Pet suites was amazing. Gus and Bailey had a wonderful room- complete with bed, TV and art work. I was nervous to be boarding our rescue dog who we’ve only had a few months. When we went to pick them up, the staff noticed I was looking through the window and took me on a tour. We boarded one of our dogs before and it wasn’t the best experience for her, but Pet Suites really responded well to our concerns and made sure we felt listened to. We have since been back and our dogs love going to day play! They will continue to go here😊

Very clean and great and friendly staff if it wasn’t great my dog would not stay I feel very at ease with my dog staying there

We just started our puppy Oliver at PetSuites of Newport News a few weeks ago in Puppy Preschool and if I could give them 10 stars I would! Oliver gets so genuinely excited when he sees the staff and I’m at ease knowing he’s so well taken care of! Thank you all for all you do!

Literally the best place ever! The friendliest staff and my dog, Carly, absolutely loves going here to see all of her friends. My mind is at ease knowing she is taken care of and loved while she is in their care! Highly recommend to anyone with a fur-baby!
