I forgot my credit card there, and I got an unauthorized $230 charge. I showed the charge, and they agreed it was from Petsuites, but they couldn’t find that charge in my Petsuites account. I told them, maybe you charged my card, and I paid someone else’s bill; their response was, “yeah, maybe that's what happened” they just told me they couldn't find anything on their end, and I had to go dispute it with the people from my credit card. Pet suites has disappointed us twice, and we will never bring our dog back there. I want to begin by saying that they let our dog pee and poop on himself and only “towel dried” him. I was informed that dogs get walked 2-3 times a day. This is hard to believe due to our dog having so many accidents. We came to pick him up and his paws, underbelly, and face had pee and poop on them. This is extremely unacceptable! Not to mention we packed the right amount of food for him, but some how he ran out the day before we picked him up... read more

Out of the 3 times my dog has visited PetSuites she has fallen ill. This last time cost me over $130 at the vet and my poor baby is not well at all. I have boarded pets many times and never had this many issues. I will be finding another boarder for future visits and will NOT be taking her back to PetSuites.
