My mother dropped her dog off for the first time for 4 days, when she picked her up she was a little dirty but was told she had to be washed. Her blanket was dirty, and they lost her all of her favorite toys that were left with her. She was already scheduled to be back 2 days later for 2 more days. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! ****** My mother picked up her beautiful labradoodle, who was just groomed days before dropping her off for just a 2 day stay at their facility. When she was picked up, she has URINE AND HER OWN FECES ALL OVER HER!!! My mom is extremely upset and hasn’t even had time to process this. I told her something was wrong when they didn’t allow her to tour the facility.

When we spoke to your father via phone on Sunday, we discussed with him that Greta would splash in her water bowl and had a few accidents in her room, which is not uncommon for a younger pup, and we provided a complimentary bath during her stay in an attempt to help her stay clean until she was picked up. So I dropped my dog off and was told that it would be $170 for 6 days.... GREAT! Well that’s where that ends. Here we are pickup day and the girl is telling me $185. Yeah, it’s only $15 and I’d pay that IF that’s what I was told a week ago. So the lady tries to argue with me that I was quoted wrong. Oh no boo, I don’t care! You WILL take what I was quoted AND you will give me my dog! So FINALLY she agrees to the $170, but then backpedals 3mins later to the $185. I had an unpleasant visit with my pet, he got an eye injury while visiting and no one can tell me how he got it.
