I've boarded my pet here several times with no problems but today was a horrible experience. I boarded my small dog who is 13 years old for a long weekend. I came in today to pick him up and he was a stinky smelly mess. I asked if he had been bathed which i asked for when boarding him and was assured that he would be. He was not and I was told that the next time I brought him in they would give him a bath free of charge. I was then handed his bed which was dripping wet. I’m going to preface this review by saying the staff there are very caring and kind individuals. They are very personable, and you can tell they love what they do. Also, the facility itself, is beautiful and well maintained. I have brought dogs here several times a month since the opening, and it has been awesome. Today, I was dropping off my dogs for dog daycare, and there was commotion in the back. The Manager needs to be willing to meet people. I was there to take a tour to possibly bring our Cooper there for a visit. At the end of the tour, I asked to see the manager who had walked back into her office. A quick moment later, I was told to leave any information I had and she'd get back to me. If you're trying to build a new business, you think she'd have a couple minutes to meet with someone. Not a good start...

We were super excited about this place opening. We went and visited today. The facility looks nice but play areas are tiny. What’s the point of boarding your dog when there isn’t someone there overnight? So many things could go wrong.

The last time I brought my dogs there, they got sick. Mind you when we picked them up, I was told they were great and they had no issues. Awesome! Well hold on...so I called after the oldest one and youngest one started exhibiting symptoms of kennel cough. Now, if my dogs were young and healthy, this wouldn't be a factor but one is 10 (senior), one has a heart murmur, and the last one had recently come out of a shelter and was still reeling a little.
