Pet suites is a very clean and organized facility the has awesome staff who are very friendly. The little dog pool was really cute and I feel like that's a nice touch.
Visited today and I really loved the facility. This is by far one of the nicest daycare, dog boarding and grooming facilities I've seen. Their kennels are very cozy and even the smaller ones are pretty spacious. They do have outdoor and indoor pools, however they are shallow so they are very safe. They have indoor and outdoor play areas as well so they're never spending too much time outside in the hot weather. And overall the atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming. Looks like a great place and I'm excited to take my dogs there once it opens. It's a shame that people are spreading erroneous information about no indoor facilities and reviews of other locations on the Winter Springs location's profile.

We’ve been loyal clients at PetSuites Winter Springs since our dog was a puppy. However, our experience today was extremely disappointing and disheartening. Yesterday, my husband called to make a reservation and informed the staff member that our dog requires medication for epilepsy. She assured him this was fine and booked our day boarding without hesitation. I dropped off my dog pretzel for at 4pm on Friday. We paid for her to get a bath, trim, cleanse, and nail trim ($63 for "full service" + $5 for nail trim + $11 for sanitary trim). They say they will update you with progress reports and call us about her trim. We did not receive any updates whatsoever for the day. It only gets worse as we get her home.
