I left my dog for 2 days and 1 night, when We pick him up my daughter touched his back and he cried, then when we got home he just hide under the bed scare of everybody, he was in pain and 2 days after i could touch him found so many scars on his back also he threw up more than 10 time during the second day at hole. During the 30 hours your baby was staying with us we didn't notice any abnormal behavior. We dropped off our sweet Maine Coone on July 22nd for a 10 night stay while we were on vacation. We had the expectation (since we paid for an additional package) that she’d be given a little extra TLC, attention, and that’d we be picking our same girl back up. Unfortunately that was not the case. Our Kahlua was completely spaced out, not responding to pets, scratches, her name. A complete joke. I went to pick up My dog when they said he was finished and he was but way subpar.. there was dead hair all over and he needed a blowout. They said they already did it (hard to believe) and could do it in an hour or come back tomorrow. Just terrible. I could have done it better myself. They did give me a 15% discount even though I still have to go home and finish the job. I then asked for a receipt upon paying and they couldn’t even figure out how to do that. Pet suites is an over priced and it looks like a glorified dig pound. I did a tour and was not impressed. I would not recommend to board or use their services. It could be they are over booked and under staffed. One person handling about 20 dogs per play area. I don’t feel it’s a healthy environment for a pet

I took my just over a year Golden to this location so that he could get more exercise while I was at work. Unfortunately we got a lot more than “play time”. During the 3 months that I had him here he caught kennel cough twice. This is after being vaccinated. The staff said that vaccinations do not always cover all strains. After over $700 ( 2 visits, antibiotics, cough suppressant etc...) in Vet bills, we unfortunately will not be taking him back.
