We bought our spa at a festival. My daughter and I picked it up and set it up ourselves. I am very satisfied with the quality of this product. Must admit the sales people were great while trying to make the sale. When contacted a week later they never returned my call. I am very pleased with my spa. It is easy to maintain and cost a lot less than others we looked at.
I called for a quote for a new pool after this place was highly recommended by a friend who installs for them....they never followed up. I wasted my time talking with who ever took my information. I ended up going with a different company for my new pool install.
Used to be the place to go. Obviously, good help is hard to find and they can't service what they sell. Sold me a brand new filter, pump, cover and liner. Too bad the filter and pump don't work. 3 weeks later still can't get them to service it.
Pool was installed with dents...They say this is typical for their install. They won't fix issue. Terrible company.
Pettis does a great job with the pools they build. HOWEVER, if you have them do work for you, do not rely on their subcontractors. We have had an absolute nightmare with the mason and landscaper they recommended, and Pettis was no help at all in resolving the situation. They will build a great pool, but expect it to take two to three times longer than they promise (ours was begun on June 4th and we are still waiting for the landscaper to do their work, after which the fencing company still needs to come), and expect that y... read more
Hey Pettis...you lost a $300+ pool chemical sale today. Cashier asked for my name and found it in your system; the politely informed us that they no longer accept checks....the had received a few bad ones last year. Huh...What?...we are in your system, going over 10 years. With that kind if policy how the heck do you get that D&C Rochester's best award? Guess we'll do business elsewhere.
