Dealing with Pettis Pools has been nothing short of a nightmare from the very beginning. Communication has been abysmal. Not only between Pettis and us (the customers), but also apparently within the company itself. The service manager doesn't communicate with the store manager doesn't communicate with the factory doesn't communicate with the technicians. Horrible business. Wasted 45 mins coming from fairport to get a liner that they confirmed they had in stock when I called before driving out there. Get there for them to again said they had it in stock and continue to charge me. Was told to go back to the warehouse to pick it up and the kid said “I’m not sure why they charged you, we don’t seem to have this” what an absolute waste of time caused by the incompetence of horrible communication by the employees of this place. Shop elsewhere.

We ordered a 15x30 pool last year and had it installed in September to close it immediately for use in the spring of 2024. Spring came and we had massive divots across the buttresses on the bottom. Pettis said it was common and we had to DRAIN the pool for them to re-level the ground. During this process a hole was created. We had refilled it, only to find we were losing water suddenly.
