The Phoenix team completed mold remediation and renovation work on our home. We were very happy with the quality of work in removing the mold and installing new flooring and drywall. However, there was a lack of communication throughout the process. Since we were unable to live at home while the work was being done, it was often like pulling teeth to get updates or responses to know how things were progressing at the house, getting pictures to submit to insurance, and finalizing a scope and timeline for the put back work.
