Devin O'Neal, and his assistant, Eduin, from the Phoenix mitigation service team, worked on our basement after a nasty sewage backup. They both did a great job! They were friendly, fast, hardworking, and thorough. They made sure to keep their work area clean and clutter-free. They even helped with some small tasks to help me reach things that were too heavy. We have needed the services of Phoenix twice over the past eight years; the first time for a major water claim, and the second time a much smaller event. One never wants to go through a disaster in their home, but Phoenix makes it bearable. They’re professional and considerate in all their work, and do outstanding work as well.
