Devin O'Neal, and his assistant, Eduin, from the Phoenix mitigation service team, worked on our basement after a nasty sewage backup. They both did a great job! They were friendly, fast, hardworking, and thorough. They made sure to keep their work area clean and clutter-free. They even helped with some small tasks to help me reach things that were too heavy. Emily and Thor and their entire crew were so incredibly helpful and thorough after our basement flooded. They were both extremely expedient and provided amazing service in a stressful time. They communicated with our insurance directly and took the hassle right out of our hands. I would recommend them and Phoenix without hesitation.

Devin and his crew did a fantastic job. They helped us out after our basement flooded in a recent storm. He was extremely professional, informative and kind. He went the extra mile to make sure my kids were safe from mold. I would recommend Phoenix of KC to anyone in need of water damage clean up!

Phoenix did a great job with our water damage repair.  Services were prompt and professional.  Emily was awesome and kept us well informed and provided great service.  We had a faux paint finish in our basement and they matched it perfectly.  Highly recommend Phoenix

We have needed the services of Phoenix twice over the past eight years; the first time for a major water claim, and the second time a much smaller event. One never wants to go through a disaster in their home, but Phoenix makes it bearable. They’re professional and considerate in all their work, and do outstanding work as well. They also worked very well with our insurance. I highly recommend them without reservation.
