The team showed up within the fist hour of calling, assessed the damage quickly, then immediately set up equipment to begin the drying process. Someone stopped by regularly to check moisture readings. They kept in contact by text or phone with status updates several times a day. They’ve probably dealt with this damage many times, but they made me feel like my issue was the utmost important. Service and communication was great!

Getting the restoration process starting was a bit of a wait and reliability of some of the contractors was frustrating but once the teams got going it was all done so quickly and provided good work. The project manager, Tim, was very kind and helpful along with a few of the other contractors (Doug, Rich, Heartland Plumbing). I’m so grateful for their hard work in restoring our home so we could go home after a 4 month wait.
