While we’ve had several setbacks, weather induced, Tim and team have been very patient and very helpful. What started as a sewer back semi quick fix, turned in to foundation issues and reconstruction of what was reconstructed. It’s been frustrating but water rules the redo. We’re close to the finish line, but no, more rain. I thought the work was done very well. I was bothered in one instance by Emily when she was rude with me about seeing if there was room for negotation over price since we had spent below allowance for tile. She said, "you are wanting to know if we have some free padding? No, she scoffed, we don't have any free padding."
Nick is awesome! We were out of town and he was able to coordinate everything with our son. He was there quickly and was able to take care of everything before there was major damage. I will always recommend Phoenix to anyone that needs restoration services.
