Everything went very well. The GM, Steve Wilson, was friendly, understanding, professional and went out of his way several times to ensure things were done on time and to my satisfaction. The work was scheduled methodically ensuring that workers were not working on top of each other and no time was waisted. He made a horrible situation much better. Quite honestly he was able to get me to smile or laugh most days that he was here. That’s pretty hard to accomplish after being hit by a tornado and losing most everything.

We were referred to KCPhoenix after the first remediation company we used missed a significant amount of mold. Clay and his team were incredible to work with! They were compassionate and understood how important it was to us that they rid our home of ALL mold. Clay was very responsive to my many questions and Michael popped in regularly to check on the crew’s progress. Grateful for this company and would highly recommend!!
