Did everything requested and happy with results.
The team had a lot of things to remove before they could even get started. They did a good job of taking care of the things that could be saved. By putting up plastic the dust and contaminated material stayed out of the living area. That was a big help. The team I had were very pleasant and helpful. Since I had never had this happen before I had lots of questions.
Both mitigation and restoration project managers were informative, responsive, and professional. Mitigation crew and subcontractor work was high quality and completed on schedule. If I again have need for similar services, my first (and only) call will be to Phoenix!
