We were referred to KCPhoenix after the first remediation company we used missed a significant amount of mold. Clay and his team were incredible to work with! They were compassionate and understood how important it was to us that they rid our home of ALL mold. Clay was very responsive to my many questions and Michael popped in regularly to check on the crew’s progress. Grateful for this company and would highly recommend!!

Extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the renovation. Always took the time to explain all details of every phase and offered invaluable advice. As senior citizens with little or no experience in rehabbing home damage to the extent ours was is a very scary experience. Six months is a long time to be out of your home.
