Getting the restoration process starting was a bit of a wait and reliability of some of the contractors was frustrating but once the teams got going it was all done so quickly and provided good work. The project manager, Tim, was very kind and helpful along with a few of the other contractors (Doug, Rich, Heartland Plumbing). I’m so grateful for their hard work in restoring our home so we could go home after a 4 month wait.
We so appreciate the responsiveness, professionalism and thoroughness of our team from Phoenix, led by Nick. We were confident that Phoenix would stay on the job until our basement water issue was completely solved. The communication was excellent and the quality of personnel was very excellent. Thanks for such turning a bad situation into a good experience!
