I would highly recommend Phoenix Renovation and Restoration. I worked with Nick. He brought out samples serval times, oversaw the restoration process personally and was always very responsive to my calls, emails, questions and concerns. I appreciated having a direct contact who knew what was going on throughout the entire process. Thank you!

The team had a lot of things to remove before they could even get started. They did a good job of taking care of the things that could be saved. By putting up plastic the dust and contaminated material stayed out of the living area. That was a big help. The team I had were very pleasant and helpful. Since I had never had this happen before I had lots of questions.

Both mitigation and restoration project managers were informative, responsive, and professional. Mitigation crew and subcontractor work was high quality and completed on schedule. If I again have need for similar services, my first (and only) call will be to Phoenix!
