I got my blood drawn here on 6/3 and the staff was extremely patient and understanding with me as I get anxious and lightheaded when it comes to needles. The practitioner who took my blood was very efficient with the process and was continually checking on me to make sure I was alright and no longer faint. Highly recommend as everyone here is very kind and attentive regarding patient care.
Excellent place to get immediate care, I went there to get a fingernail removed and the care and attention were excellent. Highly recommended, facilities are clean and staff is super nice and accommodating. They even have snacks for patients. Here is a picture of the splint I received to care for my finger.
Easy scheduling online and friendly service upon arrival. Intake was smooth and I was seen immediately upon checking my in. The nurse and NP were extremely professional and friendly. Being open later on a Sunday was super convenient. I have many other options closer to me in Bloomingdale but will choose here for any needs in the future due to how amazing my experience was. Thanks all!
This is the BEST urgent care I have ever been to! Everyone here is so kind but Cierra stole the show. I have never felt so taken care of and she was very professional but also very loving. I felt like she took care of me like she was my mom. I loved her care and she is the best. I will be back to see her again!
Had a horrible stuffy head and congestion. I called to save a place and I barely had to wait to see the Doc there. She was thorough and very knowledgeable. Theresa at the front desk was great, kind and very friendly as was everyone from the reception to the nurse, X-ray tech, to the doctor. Highly recommend this facility. They were very helpful and kind Thank you.
