Excellent place to get immediate care, I went there to get a fingernail removed and the care and attention were excellent. Highly recommended, facilities are clean and staff is super nice and accommodating. They even have snacks for patients. Here is a picture of the splint I received to care for my finger.
This is the BEST urgent care I have ever been to! Everyone here is so kind but Cierra stole the show. I have never felt so taken care of and she was very professional but also very loving. I felt like she took care of me like she was my mom. I loved her care and she is the best. I will be back to see her again!
Easy scheduling online and friendly service upon arrival. Intake was smooth and I was seen immediately upon checking my in. The nurse and NP were extremely professional and friendly. Being open later on a Sunday was super convenient. I have many other options closer to me in Bloomingdale but will choose here for any needs in the future due to how amazing my experience was. I went in, and I was very kindly helped by apple at the check in. The one girl that took all my vitals and asked questions I can’t remember her name, but she was very courteous and proactive/diligent about taking care of me and I appreciated it. Update: After getting the run around for quite some time the issue was finally addressed, however I am now being billed $800 worth of unspecified charges for a simple visit and prescription that I paid for at my pharmacy. I gave them a sample of urine, which is the only thing I could see them charging extra for, and the average cost in Illinois is in the $20-40 range. This place is fraudulent, steer clear of them.
