As a walk in, I was forced to make an appointment and it was still over 60 minutes wait. They seemed to be having a great time in the treatment area with all the talking and laughing. Just needed drug screen, I didn't need to see the provider. The intake person was bothered when I would ask if my appointment would be soon. Never again.

Absolutely the worse place , tried up selling all kinds of testing which was unnecessary for my type of visit, spent more time on computer then on me !!! I wouldn't go back even if by ambulance!!!! I'd opt out !

This is not a great facility. My daughter was misdiagnosed here and went on to suffer another two weeks with a chronic cough. She is prone to bronchitis and when she mentioned this to the Dr. at her visit, he brushed her off and told her she had asthma. Which is false. She is 21 and has never had a history of asthma in her life. She had been coughing for a few weeks already and he diagnosed her with asthma and prescribed a steroid and an inhaler. Sitting in the waiting room now, second time with an appointment, first 3 hr wait, now going on 45 minutes..... they have taken in walk ins before me with an appointment. From reading the previous reviews this is normal here. No respect for peoples time. Don't bother making appointments. The time is not honored.
They need more help . To slow, to long of a wait. With appointment. First time I went here us was great. This is frustrating. You don't want to be treated like cattle but I had a simple ear ache. Should have waited tge first time I came in instead of coming back 2 hours later for an appointment. Still here 5 hours later

Unfortunately, the wait times at an urgent care, like Physicians Immediate Care, can occasionally be unpredictable. This is because of the nature of the service being provided. The severity of each patient’s sickness or injury differs, making some encounters longer than others and also forces the medical staff to triage patients based on their medical needs if we have a trauma patient that requires immediate attention.
No point in making an appointment. They are not honored and you wait along with all walk- ins. My appointment was 10:18, and I was seen 2-1/2 hours later.

My sister went in because she has a sinus infection and needed antibiotics to clear it up. She gets sinus infections often, and through her experience, knows that it only goes away with 10-day antibiotics. The PA that saw her, Rachel Ruzevich, was rude from the start and made it apparent that she did not want to be there. She would not listen to my sister's concerns and her experience with this before. She did not want to prescribe her antibiotics and wanted her to wait it out for a whole week to see if it gets better or not... read more
