My sister went in because she has a sinus infection and needed antibiotics to clear it up. She gets sinus infections often, and through her experience, knows that it only goes away with 10-day antibiotics. The PA that saw her, Rachel Ruzevich, was rude from the start and made it apparent that she did not want to be there. She would not listen to my sister's concerns and her experience with this before. Don't bother to make an appointment they take walk-ins in front of someone who makes an appointment
I typically do not take the time to write a review. But, my level of frustration and disappointment warrants one. Let's start with the fact that I made an appointment, was told to show up fifteen minutes early; followed all items that were requested of me and then waited an additional 45 minutes to be seen after my appointment time. I was required to pay prior to service or they would not see me (45 minutes late for my appointment).
